Refund policy

Every Nando's Nerd Cave miniature is made to order — cast fresh for you after you order — so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, miscast, or missing parts, email us a clear photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it free, or issue a full refund — your choice. If tracking shows your order didn't arrive, reach out and we'll help make it right. Because minis are unpainted and made to order, we can't accept returns on painted, primed, or modified pieces.
