Processing time

Shipping

Packaging
Minis are individually protected and packed to survive the journey. If anything arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, we don't accept returns on opened or painted minis. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
